The working woman monument

The monument consists of three connectec plates (the plates are big at the bottom and then become smaller at the top). The monument is made of steel. This piece is not representational but it is abstract. The shape isn't organic and measures 40 meters because it is very big and tall and it seems to reach the sky. Finally it represents the curves of a woman.
As it is made of steel, depending on the day and the time, the monument changes its colour. It has secondary colours, that may seem red, brown or black. This monument is abstract and may have different meanings.
It is a contemporary abstract monument: you can't determine easily what it is, so it is abstract. Pieces are hooked in a special way ranging from large to small. The author, Andreu Alfaro Hernandez wanted to imitate the curves of a woman and it has the shape of a needle because it represents the tools that women used in the textile factories
